HELP is designed to be the fastest path from “something is wrong” to “the right people know.” Here’s exactly what happens.
Who is notified
Admin, Guardian, and Family roles in your circle receive the alert with your live location and any optional audio or video context you’ve enabled. Protected members can trigger HELP themselves, but do not receive the fan-out from other members’ alerts — that responsibility sits with Admin, Guardian, and Family.
Your device stays quiet
HELP is discreetly triggered. The triggerer device stays stealth-safe so you do not draw attention. Family and responders still receive the alert. During HELP you can deliberately sound a siren or flash the torch where supported.
After the alert
Every HELP event creates an incident timeline: location updates, acknowledgements from circle members, and the eventual resolution. You can cancel or resolve an incident yourself if it was triggered by accident.
